Interview
The interview process was fairly straight forward. It consisted of a phone interview and an in person interview.
Interview Questions
There were no real difficult interview questions that were asked. It was pretty easy. They started by asking about my background and education and experiences. After some brief discussion about my background they moved into why I though I would be a good sales agent. They asked if I was comfortable with cold calling, keeping and maintainng and database of people to call. We discussed how it was a stratigt comission position and what that entails. They also asked me if I had any previous sales experience.

Interview
It was pretty intense because the two who were hiring were staring at me constantly. Did not feel comfortable and the questions were tricky.
Interview Questions
The most difficult question asked was probably between the case study of the aerial shot or the first few questions. The first question was: What is something on your resume that is not there already
The second question was: How would your friends describe you. These are fairly generic questions, but I overstudied the general questions. Also, they were very quick with their answers and seemed to not really have patience. Lastly, you need to have at least 20 hours a week available if you want to work part time or else they won't hire you.

Interview
Two rounds of interviews, one on the phone and one at the Atlanta office. Mostly fit, trying to determine if you had any real estate experience and how you would gel with the team. Met more senior members of the team on the second interview, everyone was great.
Interview Questions
Describe your real estate experience. I had one real estate finance class on my resume, so they asked about that. Not too technical though

Interview
Very simple process, was called in for a face to face interview after submitting a resume and cover letter. I interviewed with two members of the brokerage team and then had a second interview with just one. The interviews were relatively quick, laid back and mostly behavioural. Essentially an organic conversation about real estate to make sure I had a real interest. I recieved a response in about a week following the interview.
Interview Questions
Would you be willing to work with compensation dependant purely on commision?
Where do you see yourself 10 years form now?
Would you consider yourself a confident person? Would you be an effective cold caller?
Name a few skills or experiences that would make you an effective salesmen

Interview
Process was relatively straightforward. After being refered to the firm through a local recruiter, I was put in touch with both the residential and commercial department leads. After scheduling a call, there lapsed about two weeks until the first round. First round was conducted by phone: mainly technical with a focus on the debt side. Also had brainteasers. Second round - a week and a half later - was 1 on 1. First tested me on my excel skills and then consisted of a one on one with the VP in charge of commercial acquisitions. Mostly fit.
Interview Questions
You have three baskets (which you must blindly choose from), one labled "oranges" one labeled "apples" and one labeled "apples & oranges" and you know that all the labels are incorrect. The question is how many items and from which baskets must you choose to properly lable all three baskets?
How would you value a surfboard? I stated that you would have to go through a DCF of the board by - if it is not revenue generation - converting utility into a monetary amount.

Interview
Very simple interview process. Interview with the managers within the office to make sure you are a fit. Ask you about why you want to work within Commercial Real Estate Investment Sales and why you want to work at Marcus and Millichap. It is a fit interview. You are not expected to know anything about real estate to get a job at Marcus and Milliichap. They attempt to discourage you from continuing on in the interview process because the job is 100% commission based and most people cannot wait 12-15 months for their first commission.
Interview Questions
Tell me about yourself and why you want to work within the industry was the only real question asked.
