Commercial Acquisitions Associate

Process was relatively straightforward. After being refered to the firm through a local recruiter, I was put in touch with both the residential and commercial department leads. After scheduling a call, there lapsed about two weeks until the first round. First round was conducted by phone: mainly technical with a focus on the debt side. Also had brainteasers. Second round - a week and a half later - was 1 on 1. First tested me on my excel skills and then consisted of a one on one with the VP in charge of commercial acquisitions. Mostly fit.
