investment banking analyst

First an on campus interview with an MD and an associate. Mainly conversational interview with one basic accounting question (depreciation affecting the financial statements). 3 hours after the interview I got a call inviting me to a superday in NYC. I went to the super day which consisted of 4 interviews with a mix of bankers and then the analysts took us all out to dinner and drinks. I did not receive an offer. They called me back in 5 days. Everyone was very nice throughout the office and the culture seemed exceptionally good. The MD talked to all of us over lunch before the interviews and made it clear that he wished he could hire all of us, but they can only hire a few.
