The interview process was split into two stages: recorded interview, and super day (5 interviews back to back). The recorded interview was a mix of behavioral and "technical"/market knowledge questions. Technicals on this stage were mostly about interest rates and the market consequences related to them. I was also asked other general questions about fixed-income.

Only one of the interviews during Superday was technical, the rest behavioral. Most of the interviews were video calls with associates from the offices in NY, Miami, and Sao Paulo. Only one was in person. Behavioral Qs were standard. The technical portion was held in Spanish and involved questions regarding bond duration, convexity, assets to pick for a hypothetical portfolio, amongst others.

The recruiters were great, the process was actually quite smooth. The interviewers were also pretty kind and were always willing to offer advice.
