First round is on campus and consists of two interviews. 1 Behavioral/Fit with a partner + 1 Case with a consultant. Behavioral was very laid back and easy going, actually had a really good time talking to the partner. It was one of the few interviews that actually felt like a true conversation and less like a structured interview, although I believe your experience will vary based on what partner you talk to. Case was an interesting but relatively simple profit case. They give you a sheet with all the information and you walk through it/answer their questions after about 10 minutes.The case was straight forward, and even though there may be information that at first looks like fluff, it's important to consider all of the factors when you make a recommendation.
