The interview was for a summer internship. It was my first time going through the process and it seemed somewhat strange. It consisted of a phone interview, group interview, skills test, and a final phone interview. There was a fairly long wait between each step with little communication. It all seemed somewhat unorganized but perhaps that was just the way that I perceived it. Overall, it was a great experience and I learned a lot. Its actually quite hard to describe. My only advice to someone expecting to go through the process is be prepared!
