Equity research summer analyst

I was referred to RBC through a staffing agency, but I was contacted by HR, they scheduled a phone interview with an executive in research (10 years of experience), after that I was invited for a super day. There were 4 candidates there that day. I had a one on one interview with each of the COOs of research (one from Toronto, one from New York). I am an undergraduate and this was the end of my day. The MBA candidates had a case study and a sample earnings call to listen to. They had to jot down their takeaways from the earnings call. I believe they also had an excel test. The interview was much more fit. They were interested in my hobbies and interests, looking for personality.
