S&T Summer Analyst

First round interview was very casual. I didn't realize I was being interviewed until I was invited to a superday. I tried to convey that I was interested in Banking but was invited to an S&T superday. You have to create a stock pitch, mine was for a company that RBC didn't cover. You pitch it to one of your four interviewers. Another interviewer asked me simple risk questions but I wasn't prepared and hadn't taken portfolio theory classes yet. Take full advantage of the social the night before the interview. Contact from HR is very spotty. They sent out the wrong hotel the first time and mentioned it offhandedly in another email. Poor formatting on emails without clear directions.
