Please describe the interview / hiring process.
On campus recruiting – submitted resume, received call back one week later to schedule phone interview with HR. Passed HR, then have 1 on 1 interviews with 2 analysts, 2 associates, 1 VP and 2 directors (this one was together) in various groups. Each interview lasted about half an hour and was asked a variety of fit and technical questions. Advice would be to be well prepared of knowing the firm’s deals in advance, which group you want to join and why and critical to ask smart questions about the interviewers for them to remember you (they write down the qs you ask).
