Phone Interview
Interview
Just simply one phone interview which was a 1-1 with my future boss. Largely resume / fit based interview.
Interview Questions
Nothing was particularly unexpected. Most of the questions dealt with my previous experience as well as my club / extracurricular experiences. Expect questions on your resume and why you want the position. Be as enthusiastic as possible and put your best foot forward in the interview process. The only thing that was somewhat unexpected was my familiarity and experience working in global teams so be able to point towards relevant experience if you are asked that question. Otherwise, everything is straight forward.

Phone Interview
Interview
I found out about the opportunity via an online job board. I filled out an application via the online application and heard back via email to set up a phone interview. Make sure to communicate well during this important call.
Interview Questions
Mostly fit based with random excel questions to ensure you knew about specific functions within excel. Pretty standard interview with average questions on why you want to work at the firm and the city. The interview was not very in depth in terms of getting to know the candidates personality and the story behind why they really wanted to be at the company. The interview was on the phone and offered a poor discussion to show your skills and personality and very little relevant questions were asked for technical knowledge.

Interview
One full interview day. Met with the managing director. Two AVP's and a senior auditor. The questions asked were strictly conversational. I was asked things like, biggest weakness, strength, etc.
Interview Questions
The most difficult question I was asked was resume based. You really need to be prepared for every detail on your resume. I was asked to specifically explain a time where I updated procedures in order to mitigate risk. Had I better prepared, I would have been able to answer more thoughtfully. I was also asked about my biggest weakness. There really were no technical questions that were being asked of me. The interviewers really just wanted to get a sense of who you are as a person it seemed to me.

Interview
As an intern and rising senior, I was recruited for the FF program in the summer. It was an initial phone call with the recruiter to gauge interest and then contacted months later for a final round interview with 2 possible managers.
Interview Questions
Tell me a time you influenced or mentored someone?
- this was unexpected because I guess I led one of the interviewers to ask that when I was talking about my long term goals of eventually leading a team and then he followed on if there was a time I mentored someone. I was able to think on the spot and answer it well.
Other questions also asked were basic such as about work I did over the summer since I interned there, asked why State Street?, What are your long term goals?, what do you know of the program? involvements on campus,
