Investment Banking Intern

I had my resume passed to HR by a personal contact within the firm. I was contacted for an initial phone interview which took around 20 minutes and consisted of strictly behavioral/fit type questions. I was contacted roughly a week later and asked to come into the Buckhead office for an in-person interview. I was interviewed by two gentlemen in a 2-on-1 setting. They were young and very collegial and it was a comfortable setting. Some of the questions were: "Why STRH?"; "Describe the toughest experience in your life, and describe how did you handled it"; "If you were assessing a company's credit worthiness what would you look at?".
