Please describe the interview / hiring process.
I applied online and had an initial conversation with HR. After that I was asked to do a take home writing assignment. The writing assignment consisted of writing a sample 5-page report on a company based on a specific news event happening. The time limit was 48 hours. After that I spoke with some analysts that were interested in hiring an associate.
