Interview
I applied Risk Analytics role in April and received an email asking for a phone interview in mid June. First round is phone interview for 30 mins with HR, very basic questions. Second round is with Manager and a senior college who asked a lot of risk specific technical questions. (I was applying for liquidity risk, thus majority is about liquidity, didnot touch on comparison between risk). Third round is another group interview with AVPs who introduced the team structure and career outlook. They asked a lot of behavioural questions like handling stress, weakness etc.
Interview Questions
Because I did risk analytics intern in a pension fund before, during the second round I was asked at least three question about my internship, in great great detail. For example, they asked me about what risk metrics that I have worked on. What is the purpose, what is the procedure. For this question: I answered that the risk metrics was used to monitor the VAR changes every day for various category of financial products and explained in detail what technical tool I used: VBA and SQL. They also asked what SQL queries you have written as well.

Normally the process is a 160 answer questionnaire, followed up by a short interview by an HR Rep. Then if you pass you move on to formal interviews, you do a 1on1 with a credit manager, a sales manager, and then a VP.
Interview Questions
The most unexpected question I was asked was to talk about how you deal with multiple deadlines at once.

Also be aware that they want to see how capable you are of having a conversation with someone, they love people who are passionate. They want people that have credit analysis skills (I.E. you are given a 20 minute case test during the interview and told to analyze the 3 financial statements of XYZ Company and what questions you might have for the management team and if you would offer them credit).

Interview Questions
-Do you have any friends or family who are entrepreneurs and to explain an entrepreneurial experience you previously had
-Was required to write a credit analysis test. This was slightly difficult as I've never had to do this for an interview. Lots of notes to the financial analysis and took most of the time to go through and read all the material provided. Ended up scrambling to finish all the questions.
-How would you structure a credit agreement for a company that does not a positive cash flow
