Interviewed for a trading role this past year. Sat down for a first-round with the head of HR and took a math assessment to exhibit behavior under pressure. As with all prop shops, I have to imagine that working there is both rewarding and taxing, especially considering that they offer a low base salary (barely livable for NYC). However, for those of strong resolve or savant-like acumen, this could prove to be a lucrative endeavor. Also refreshing to see a mid-tier prop shop that doesn't require capital up front.
