Interview
Skipped past the usual Hireview / Pymetrics as I networked with HR during a pitching competition hosted at my University (Semi-target).
This led to a 1h-video interview over zoom, consisting of behavioural questions, questions surrounding my CV and some technical questions (programming, scrum-methods, etc.). Overall it didn't require a lot of preparation, especially since the department couldn't reveal too many details about their work, but also having some past experience made any technicals a breeze. The interviewers were really nice as well, we bonded especially well with one, having both gone to the same school. Got the offer a few days later over the phone.

Generally, HR was very open and communicative throughout, one of the best experiences at a financial institution for sure. After receiving the offer, they made multiple accommodations for exams I had in July (Official starting date was 1. July).
The background check could have been faster, though.
Interview Questions
(Background: I have a LOT of extracurriculars on my CV - all high-quality stuff, but a bit dispersed in their domains). Interviewer asked "I see your CV and most of the things don't seem immediately relevant for this role. How do your past experiences in (something completely unrelated) prepare you for this position?"

Interview
The interview/hiring process typically begins with the submission of a job application or resume. After initial screening, selected candidates are invited for an interview, which can be conducted in-person, over the phone, or via video conferencing. The interview assesses the candidate's qualifications, skills, and cultural fit for the company. Depending on the role, there may be multiple rounds of interviews, including technical assessments or panel interviews. Following the interviews, the employer evaluates candidates and makes a hiring decision. This decision is communicated to the selected candidate, who may then receive an offer letter, negotiate terms, and undergo background checks before officially joining the organization.
