Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Set up a coffee chat with an analyst. A couple weeks later I had a phone screen with a partner and was invited in for an interview a couple weeks after that. The interview involved four 1 on 1 interviews and a comps case study to test attention to detail. Somewhere in between those interviews, 5 guys from the firm took me out to lunch. The whole thing was about 4 hours.
