Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Reached out to MD who headed my school's recruiting efforts. He asked for my resume and included me in the interview process. Had a phone interview that was all behavioral (we talked about industries/product groups for a third of the interview) with 2 employees (Director and Associate). Still waiting to hear if I received an offer to interview for a superday.
