Institutional Fixed Income Sales & Trading Full Time Analyst

Received an invitation for an interview. When I went there, it was for the first round interview but actually turned out to be like a superday interview. I think the reason why they do all at once (first, second, and third round interviews at one day) is because they have to fly people to Charlotte, NC so they mind as well do all at once while the candidates are there. I interviewed with almost 10 people consisting of fixed-income junior/senior salespeople/traders and heads of various fixed-income sales and trading. The interview consisted of 75% behavioral and 25% technical. There were the usual behavioral questions like why sales and trading, why fixed-income, why Wells Fargo, etc. For technicals, it was basic bond math, fixed-income valuation, and general market related questions and I would like to point out it was basic so nothing hard. No curveballs during the interview, straightforward questions, and the interviewers were kind.
