Kid Sends Perfectly Blunt Cover Letter for Wall Street Internship, and Now Tons of People Are Trying to Hire Him

How much do you want to bet that this will create a firestorm of "blunt" cover letters in the coming months?

In two years all cover letters will be like this and employers will be tossing them in the trash.

It's funny that all these guys loved the letter, yet didn't realize it's their fault that the letter even had to be written. If only they hadn't been falling for trumped up resumes and bogus cover letters for years.

Honesty and willingness to work hard. Both are rare traits in today's business and political worlds.

Reminds me of an old movie quote.

It seems no one told this kid he was special and everyone would love him and once he went to college he would get a job no matter how good he was, and a diploma entitled him to a job. Someone raised him right.
