Delta Partners - Dubai
Hey,
Does anyone have any information on what Delta Partners is like? What type of projects do they work on? What is WLB like? What is compensation for their Dubai office? Any information at all would be very valuable.

I have friends at Delta so I can help a little but definitely double check.
It's all TMT projects. They were staffed on many projects with Dubai Expo and are very active with TMT in the region as a whole, including Egypt and Jordan. Their wlb is unique because now they work from home. They travel for clients when they have to, but otherwise you're free to go anywhere as long as you get your work done.
I don't know much about consulting comp, but I have a friend who is doing IB at Delta. He told me it's the same as the US comp if you add the housing allowance. I would reckon that bonuses in consulting are less though. No income taxes if you're not a US citizen
