Just lateral or exit inside of a year - Citi may have bad culture but that doesn't stop it from being a major BB that you can exit from

No it's not a bad thing.... I hate how wso gaslights juniors into thinking xyz firm is "shit tier" for some opaque reason. Citi is a solid firm, sure the culture is shit, but you'll get some great reps and will be able to exit well. 
 

Edit: (not directed to the VP above me) Also please don't lateral for the sake of some fu*khead on this forum, chances are the most of the dudes yelling "f*ck citi" are either still in college or probably work at Baird
