For internship or full time? Where did you go to school? How likely are you even to get an offering from an EB?

What kind of answer did you expect providing no context.

Piper is on a huge hiring spree and I know RBC is a bit of a sweatshop. Piper MedTech is pretty legit but not sure of other groups.

If these are your only two options, going to go on a limb and say you're likely not getting an offer from an EB.

Lots of people in Piper end up moving to MN which I'm not too sure is the best for future recruiting. Would lean into RBC but it's kind of a toss up.

RBC is not a sweatshop across the bank.  Other than PU&I, FIG, M&A, it's pretty normal/chill.

Very group dependent - PS top groups (HC/Chemicals/FIG) = RBC top groups (M&A/Industrials/Energy)

Wait it out. They are giving you an early offer to try and stop you from recruiting with more competitive firms when they start interviewing.

Piper/RBC are very strong names/banks. I would suggest against this and take one of the offers. Which groups for each?

Both white boys club. RBC better if the two

Wtf kinda comment is this? Half the people I know at RBC are Asian. Their diversity numbers are more Asian than most banks.

maybe the Toronto office is white - but doubt it's some proud boys satellite office as you claim.

keybank Cleveland definitely all white bread tho

I think RBC for everything except HC, just because RBC's HC isn't super touted in either large cap or MM, but that's where Piper is best, at least on the MM side of things.

Accept offers at both RBC and Piper. Keep recruiting. Accept offers at all EBs you land. Complete onboarding processes for all. Never show up to any in 2024. They would do the same to you. Fuck em. You never wanted em anyway, you accepted 34 PE offers…
