Email marketing nurtures for Real Etate? Thoughts?
Hey all,
So I'm an intern for a real estate management company and my boss asked me to research some email marketing strategies for a campaign our agency is thinking. I find it really interesting since I'm not in marketing and their Klaviyo credentials are on point, been in the industry for a decade and have handled pretty much everything. If you have no idea what I'm talking about Klaviyo is the email tool we use to blast emails.
Anyway, basically what they want to do is a drip on existing leads we have and somehow have an account-based campaign afterwards. So if we were to create such campaign, does anyone have a suggestion on what theme or pain point for real estate management should we go for?
