The good thing for Dems is that once they disqualify him from running again then DeSantis will be POTUS in 2024. You guys are playing 4D chess with this one!

Desantis is a massive upgrade over Trump, so I'm not sure what your point is here

I believe he is as well. My point was that DeSantis pills better against democrats than trump does. By eliminating trump the Dems are putting themselves at a complete disadvantage in 2024. They only operate out of ideology and hate though, so I don't think they care.

From a completely personal perspective, I'm not the biggest Trump fan. But it's obvious that posts like these, originating from both left and right-based dialogue, are just fuckin' unhelpful for this website. Your only goal is to get a reaction from people here. I guess I'm giving you what you want - you're welcome!

Really wish WSO had a limit on who could post. [WallStreetOasis.com] here's an idea for you - need someone to have at least (10) SBs and an account age of (15) days to post in off-topic. Not sure why we haven't done something of the sort yet.

I completely agree, but from what I see it's probably 5-7 people posting most of this garbage and they're mostly long time users on both sides. As a side note I've finally gotten into the habit of looking to see whether papertiger posted before I read. OP here is, in my opinion, at least 50% of the terrible posts over the last month.

This. I try to steer clear of these politic debates on this website. In all honesty, my best friend IRL is the only person outside of my family where I comfortably discuss that weekly with him. I've lost friends over dumb politic debates/discussions and I do wish WSO posters stop with all these posts/threads.

Let's be real here. There have been scores of topics dedicated to the evil liberals but you chose not to condemn them.  Your outrage was triggered by a topic about Trump and his administration.

Unfortunately, Trump's sleaziness is not the most despicable aspect of his character.
