Why don’t I see my progress?

In late 2021 I started seriously working out. Ever since then I've been going to the gym 4-5 days a week, sometimes for 3 hours at a time. I loved it.

Lately, these past few weeks, I've had no desire to go the gym. I thought maybe I need a break so I took one, but now that I'm back I just want to leave. To compound that I do not see any progress in myself and feel like I look like shit even though a lot of people have mentioned that I look like I've been working out, I got more jacked etc.

For anyone who's been through this, how did you get through it?

Google "Fuckarounditis", it was a game changer for me.

You're probably not pushing yourself hard enough. Join a Muay Thai gym or BJJ place for almost guaranteed results.
