Macquarie Asset Management Real Estate or PCCP?

Received full time analyst offers from Macquarie's real estate private equity team as well as PCCP. Was wondering what the advantages and disadvantages are of each. Obviously macquarie as a whole is much larger but any other insight would be appreciated
