Starting in Sales - Pros/Cons

Pretty much as the title says - what's the pros and cons of starting right at Sales. I did my summer in trading and really enjoyed the whole experience and now in my rotation era. There's opening in Sales but should I take it or wait til the opportunity of trading comes?

My rational being I don't have a strong preference on either side so was thinking to follow the traditional path of starting in trading and move to sales. Though makes sense to go into sales if that’s the end goal, would jumping right in make me miss the stuff I can learn as a trader? as well as the exit outlook.
