What would an opportunity need to look like for you to take the career risk and join a startup crypto fund (yield strategies) in a senior, but non-investment, role? There might be an opportunity to help lead capital formation and bizdev at a fund that a friend is starting, and before I pitch them on the idea of me joining the team I'd like to hear everyone's thoughts on the pros, cons, risks, things to look out for, etc. We haven't discussed anything formally, but some casual comments have led me to believe that there might be a spot for me if I'm interested...
