Day 3 of workouts.

Bring Sally Up Air Squats

Play the song "Flower" by Moby.
Start in the bottom of an air squat, every time the song says "bring sally up" - stand up, every time the song says "bring sally down" - squat back down.... can you make it the whole time?

For Time:
Every Minute on the Minute
10 Second Superman Hold
As many burpees as possible with remaining 50 seconds

Continue burpees until you reach 100 reps

Score is time to complete.
