You're simplifying statistics to fit your agenda. FBI data indicates that over 80% of homicides were committed by males. So based on that lets just never hire men right? You'd be ok with that since statistically it would be safer to hire women right?
It's not a question of who is most suited to hire, or of workplace security. It's a civilizational question.
