1st gen College: Can someone please explain what "management tracked" means for recent college grad?
I'm heading to a target college this fall. I've seen "management track" mentioned in reference to recent hires at F500 companies (from tech to auto to consumer goods companies). Does this mean getting certain specific internships and FT offers, or is this just about getting any job at a F500, performing really well, and getting plucked for management? It seems this often comes with an offer to send you to a top MBA program for free?
Note: Sorry if this a dumb question. Thanks for clarity.
These days it means female or URM.
