2 offers - Please help to decide

Hello,

I have received 2 offers and would appreciate your thoughts as I evaluate and decide on one.

My background: 10+ years of IT and management consulting (strategy and M&A) experience. Have worked for Big 4 and now with a regional consulting firm. Recently, I have done part-time MBA from a non-target but still a very good school

Goal: Work for MBB but if not, still do decent strategy consulting work at Tier 2 or Tier 3.

Offer 1: North Highland - Strategy
Offer 2: Client in music industry (who is now owned by one of the Big 3 music firms)

~Offer 1: North Highland~

Pros:
- Strategy practice is new and hence, opportunity to shine in entrepreneurial culture
- Not MBB type of work but still strategy focused. They do operations strategy and has cases related to margin improvement (through revenue and/or cost), commercial strategy, operating model design, and M&A

Cons:
- Level is Senior Consultant (a step below my current one)
- Base salary is about 8% less than my current base but with variable bonus, would be 8% more
- Requires travel

~Offer 2: Client~

Pros:
- Brand name on resume (client is independently operated but one of the Big 3's name would be on it)
- Level would be director (one step higher than current)
- Base salary would be about 15% higher
- 40 hours work week

Cons:
- Operational/Tech focused role - Be a PM on M&A integration
- Commute expense (would add up to $15K-$20 over the course of year)

Which one will better position me towards my goal?

Sorry for the long post but thought I would ask my fellow consultants for advice.
