2020 FT Roommate Thread
Considering that most banks and financial firms have given out their full-time offers by this point, I see no reason to delay in starting a thread about looking for roommates. I'd personally prefer knowing sooner how many people I will be living with and what sort of apartment to look for. We're two FT analysts looking for 1 or 2 roommates who are clean and like to socialize every now and then. Info below:
City: NYC
Preferred Neighborhood: Financial District (better amenities and total space and only like 15 minutes from Bowery), East Village, Stuytown & Chelsea (from what I've seen, some 3-4 bedroom apartments in Chelsea fall into our budget). If we get a total of 4 roommates for a 4-bedroom, I've noticed apartments in the pricier areas fall into our budget, so we're flexible on where.
Start Date: July
Position: FT at BB

Since this was revived, good luck to people looking for roommates. I actually found my roommates via WSO and it worked out very nicely. Pretty funny story to tell people.
when do people usually start looking for roommates and apartments if the move in is July 1st?
