Guggenheim is coming to my campus (target) in 2 weeks for an info session aimed at 2020 applicants. RBC and one other bank have 2020 applications open on school's career website. Would expect others to follow suit shortly.

Bank of America is doing an info session this October at my target/semitarget university. It's targeted at freshmen and sophomores
2020 SA Timeline? (Originally Posted: 03/17/2018)
By now, we all know how recruiting has moved a semester earlier to soph spring instead of the usual junior fall, but how early can it get? Is it possible that we'll see SA 2020 positions pop up even earlier, perhaps during soph fall? Or would that be unfeasible for banks to pull off? At this stage, everything seems possible.
