2021 Thoughts on LEK?

Would love to hear any insight that you all have on LEK, whether it is about the type of work the firm does mostly, work-life-balance, culture, compensation, promotion opportunities/track, typical exit opportunities, etc. Any insight is much appreciated so thank you in advance!

As far as culture goes, when it came to handling COVID they were uniquely terrible, being the only firm (that I'm aware of) to (1) lay everyone off for 3 weeks / mandatory unpaid time off and (2) hire literal temp associates. Personally I'd avoid them if you've got an offer at another T2, but if not then it's still a well respected firm
