2022 On-Cycle - Total Comp Package?

For those who have received offers this week during 2022 PE On-cycle, could you please share what the total compensation package you have been receiving is? Breakdown of base + expected bonus would be great, as well as fund or AUM size.

Mostly trying to see if PE bumped up comp after the recent pay bump in banking

MM ($1-2bn latest fund) ASO1: $275k total comp and some opportunities for carry on a deal-by-deal basis. Is this above market?

Honestly no idea what would be “normal” comp for this fund size but my impression was that it’s way above market compared to similar sized funds, just from talking with friends that got offers elsewhere. It’s a relatively young firm that has done extremely well so far. When I told headhunters I accepted an offer and they did the whole “check-in” call where they basically just want to know how much you’re making, they all seemed shocked at that pay for that size fund. So I think it’s above market.

Seems like some MF analyst programs already incorporated raises. Wonder why Associate pay didnt follow

Just anticipating it. Nothing indicated in offer letter or by HH. The fund is competitive and the people who run it are not idiots, so if the rest of the street follows, they will follow.

European MF in US: $300k target, $150k base. Feels low based on the other replies, hopefully there is a signing bonus too
