24 yo SC Equities trader/broker

Hey Guys,

My name is Michael and I work at Bank of America Merrill Lynch in their self-directed brokerage division. I talk to our client's every day. Some of the things I do include explaining brokerage functions to new and experienced traders, to placing equity, option as well as some fixed income trades. I get some incentive to refer clients over to our sales teams to increase our divisions AUM which just topped $200B!
I joined WSO as I saw they offer a 6 part Financial Modeling series which is what I am hoping to learn a lot from. I went to the University of Maryland and got a degree in Accounting, the 'language of business' (as was explained to me.) I have a very strong interest in the small cap equities space so I took as many finance courses as I was allowed while at UMD. However, if you don't use it, you lose it, so it's time for me to advance my learning!
I've been trading since 2010 when I was 16 and have developed my technical trading however my fundamental understanding of the markets is definitely lacking which is why I am excited to be a new WSO member.
