3 IB internships on resume?

I go to a non-target had an IB internship during fall semester of my junior year at a small boutique. then got an SA spot at a regional MM shop...interviewed aggressively for a FT spot anywhere this fall didn't get any offers. i graduate May 2012.

I managed to get a couple of shops in town interested in hiring me for an internship "winter analyst" position. they are a little more reputable than my last two shops. I should be able to land something for this semester. I graduate May 2012.

Is 3 IB internships too many? how will this be looked upon? I'm thinking about it so I can hop on a FT opening this summer right after graduating (May 2012) or try my luck by applying for immediate hire lateral positions. I'm just trying to stay on top of my game, get more experience, expand network, and put on reputable firm on my resume. Will this hurt my chances in landing FT? Should I just focus on modeling training and networking? Thoughts?
Thanks

I think its fine man, but again I don't work in IB so... what I would say though is have an answer to why no FT offers at your internships or something. I'm sure it doesn't have to be some awesome answer, but something as simple as: "it was XYZ type of internship that 'we' discussed would unfortunately not yield a FT offer b/c XYZ reasons (analyst class filled), but I still wanted training, experience, blah, blah, blah"

'Before you enter... be willing to pay the price'

Thats fine...but you are going to have to find a way to explain why you did not get FT offers from the firms you have interned for. That being said...you can most likely use all the relevant experience to make yourself an attractive hire for FT.
