3 weeks since BB superday, 2 weeks after HR said they'd have an update "soon", still nothing - anything I should do?

Most likely am on waitlist - should I follow up (2nd time?) should I ask a contact / HR again or just sit tight? Anyone have experience sitting on waitlist and getting an offer after ... 4 weeks ... and know what the best next step is?

Hey man, there's a pretty good chance you're waitlisted or dinged. In my experience, only the really shitty and really good candidates hear back quickly, the rest are in limbo till someone who got an offer declines it, or the process ends. For reference, BAML 2018 SA didn't update me with a super day decision until January 2018 when my super day was in September 2017, but having reached out to bankers in the office, I found out I'd been waitlisted.
