5 verbs you don't know the meaning of

Off the top of your head (no googling, no asking your spouse etc), please list 5 verbs that you think most people will not immediately know the meaning of. 

I'll start:

  • to titillate

  • to succour

  • to fulminate

  • to obnubilate

  • to preconize

I have recently used these verbs when talking to native English speakers and realized they did not know what they meant.

I know for a fact most people do not know the meaning of these because I watch them misuse them daily in correspondence.

They're is a pronoun and a verb. It is called a contraction.
