9th Interview

I am on my 9th interview for an Equity Research position at the Senior Associate level. I feel like I've gone through the gauntlet already and I am interview with people in person that I've previous interviewed with on the phone. Does anyone have advice on this? Will this be a focus more on soft skills or should I expect a more intense interview than previously had?

The further along you go the narrower the pool of candidates. So, it's most likely now down to you and a handful of people or maybe even one other person. If you've made it this far, you're doing all right. Just keep your enthusiasm up during the interviews as sometimes these gauntlets can weed out the pretenders from the serious candidates.

Good luck!
