Sir that is a golf shoe. Lol I would say that the safest bet is to go with something similar to allbirds- athletic look/feel but plain. Once you start having logos on your sneakers it can be a bit iffy
Spikeless tho. I love the FJ and TW spikeless shoes as everyday wear.
Not sure about those golf shoes. I like my On Clouds-- I was between these and the Allbirds and I'm happy with my decision. I just have the basic ones but if you are a serious runner they make some more technical versions as well.

This really depends on what outfit you intend to wear. The golf (?) shoes you linked does not belong anywhere near an office unless everyone wear full on athleisure outfits. If you want sneakers just get a pair of clean leather/suede sneakers if you want to keep it business casual. Think Common Projects Achilles as guideline. They are quite pricey but you can get similar ones for quite a lot less.
I no longer wear leather dress shoes or loafers. I rotate between Cole Haan zero gravities, or Peter Millar hyperlight glides, plain white leather sneakers, or birkenstocks on fridays. Not sure what the culture is at your office, I work for a family office in Miami so nobody gives a fuck.
Order the Hyperlight Glides a half size larger than you usually wear, and you will be good to go.
