That VP you want to SLAP

I have never worked with such an incapable individual that not only fucking sucks, but thinks of himself as an elitist. I genuinely can't observe a single area in his skill set that adds value to our group, our firm, or even our world.

He's a walking pile of feces that is too proud to look stupid, so he asks those beneath him to send emails asking questions to deal teams to avoid looking dumb.

He makes countless errors yet harshly criticizes juniors who have a couple of minor typos.

During COVID, he's been even more irritating than usual, delegating every last task, effectively placing bankers beneath him in early VP training.

Am I wrong to want to knock this dude the fuck out? I know I'm not the only one in this forum that feels this way about that one VP.

Funniest

I honestly can’t believe people like this VP make it that far in this industry, where your reputation matters more the higher up you advance.

I know someone that fits this exact description...but at the analyst level haha. As an undergrad he would walk around acting like he was hot shit for securing an internship, and would jump on any opportunity to flex on underclassmen. Irony of it is he was (and still is) too dumb to realize people can see right through his bullshit, and is highly disliked due to his terrible character. Says he wants to make MD one day, hope he never does for the sake of those that will be working for him.
