Top Developer Interview Process (Think Silverstein, RXR, Tishman Speyer)

Anyone have insight into these three interview processes, my thoughts are their excel tests are very complicated. I have an interview at a similar type of firm and want to make sure I have the modeling down. This is for an entry level role, what is to be expected in a modeling test? Let's say I'm starting from 0 in terms of modeling skills and have a week to prep.

For one of the above, it's very fit for a couple rounds and then a model test. Very simple; pro forma of an office building (with net rent) with a 3-4 slide presentation about the assumptions/thesis. After that, senior level interview for final round(s).

Pro Tip: Modeling tests are easier when you're not the most hungover you've ever been...no matter how much adderall you take

I'm guessing OP has had the interview. But I'd add that for a lot of developer roles, even at junior level, I'd expect a lot more than just modeling in terms of technical questions. Understanding of development process, zoning, construction, design, leasing, etc. are all fair game. Just depends on how the firm structures everything. You could also get "what-if case study" type questions about how you would deal with decisions in common scenarios (cost/time/value constraints, dealing with NIMBYs, city people, all sorts of stuff).
