A market for private shares?
I was browsing the website AngelList, where startups are listed for investors to discover, and came across a very interesting startup (imo). They're trying to create a market for private shares.
According to them, developing a platform that connects investors and private share owners could ultimately provide liquidity for this security class.
I thought that on paper it sounded pretty interesting and was wondering what you guys thought about it!
