I have been invited for an AC at a Tier 1 bank in London,
I know it's standard that an AC lasts for an entire day but my invitation says my interview (it is an AC tho) will last one hour. I find it strange to fly me from outside the UK on short notice for a one-hour interview, I'm wondering if it's a good or bad thing and what I could expect from it compared to other superdays?

Had the same a few weeks ago - probably the same bank. I also thought it strange initially but turns out this is just how they do it. Wouldn't take it as a bad thing as I got the offer afterwards!
