Accenture Management Consulting Final Round (CDP)
Hi Everyone,
Was hoping to gain some insight before my final round interview with Accenture for their Management Consulting Practice. Can anyone speak to their experience with final rounds for MC? I know there will be a case but I am assuming it will be different than the standard ones because it is more tech/implementation focused. I could also be wrong and it could be a normal case, but I would like if someone would be able to clarify.
Also, if someone could speak to Accenture Strategy vs MC. I know there are other posts about this, but just wondering if someone could speak more to what kind of projects MC would perform and any other differences than Strategy.

Think of Strategy as the Architect and MC as the Construction Builder. Strategy designs the blue print and MC executes.
And then what about the Technology Consulting Group? Where do they fall in this
I had a superday with Accenture for Strategy. I think you might be able to expect roughly the same structure. One case, one behavioral, a networking dinner before and a lunch the day of. There will be tours of the office and likely a panel where you can ask questions to consultants. In terms of Strategy Vs MC their MC arm should expect longer engagements and more implementation work from what I have heard. Focus on getting your offer first and then people will likely reach out that you can talk to from the firm to answer any remaining questions you may have, best of luck!
I also had a SuperDay with Accenture Strategy from a target school. They put us up in a hotel, had a networking dinner the night before, then had two interviews (one case, one behavioral), along with several panels, etc. during the day. My case was very open-ended but had a "right" answer, and my behavioral was easy. Didn't get the offer, because they knew I skipped some of their other programming for an MBB interview.
How long did it take for you guys to hear back?
