Accenture non-target

How difficult is it for a non-target to land a summer internship at Accenture? I understand that Accenture is a tier below MBB, but Accenture still doesn't recruit at my campus. Also, I feel that merely applying online is pretty useless. Is there a better way to get my foot in the door as a non-target? I'll do whatever it takes.

I am wondering about Accenture precisely because it is lower-tier. I am a non-target with only volunteer experience - no work exp. :/ I do have a very strong gmat and gpa, though.

You best bet is to network your way in. Accenture is a big company and I know of many people who didn't go to targets that work for them. A blind resume submission probably won't do the trick but if you can get someone on the inside to help you out it is possible.

best bet is to try linkedin. check out this article:

accenture is apparently looking to linkedin for a lot of their recruiting, so you might want to get on there (maybe even pay up for the premium version if you really are looking to impress them)

Network your way in or use a resume drop like I did. I received a final round from a resume drop from the website (non-target, non-hard science).
