If Duke calls me I have to go but I'm already at Darden. If Darden is a better program for IB I'm not sure if it's wise to wait. What do you guys think? Is Darden better for IB?

Assuming this is for MBA - look at the employment reports from each school. My guess is that they are similar, and that your decision can come down to other factors like geography, cultural fit, etc.
No material difference for IB opportunities-it will all come down to your candidacy. Assuming equal costs of attendance I'd stay put. unless it were my dream to attend Duke.
Fuqua does have a better name internationally if you ever plan on working abroad or you're an international and planning to go back to your country.
Go to Darden-it is the better school.
Second this
Darden > Fuqua
I would take Darden for IB. Fuqua placement in IB has been declining recently from what I've seen.
