A.CRE Accelerator program worth it?
I know it's been talked about a little bit on here, but who has taken the Adventures in CRE Accelerator program? Did you find it useful and believe it's worth the money?
Thanks!

Hi jayCRE11, any of these discussions helpful:
You're welcome.

100%. Yes. Do it.
Did you purchase the ~$500 course or ~$1000 course + access to models etc? How long did it take to get through the material?
I did the cheapest one. No need to buy extra models when they teach you how to build models anyway. I takes a long time. ACRE estimates about 100 hours. I’m technically still not finished, got a couple modules left. But it’s had an incredible impact on my day job (debt broker). The instructors are really good teachers and it truly is soup to nuts CRE financial modeling. Well worth the time and financial commitment. I have not done REFM or BIWS so I don’t have anything to compare it towards.
what do you do as a debt broker? connect developers with lenders? interested to hear your thoughts on ACRE from a lending perspective. I'm newly graduated and work at a debt fund and am looking to be a better modeler
BIWS is for PE and Property Finance job. ACRE is more for developer or direct investment type of jobs. The two models are kinda built differently. Both are correct but from different views.
Isn't PE the same as direct investments (in the context that this is in the RE forum)? Is there one that's better for those wanting to learn about lending? Ignore title, I'm new to a debt fund
